Custom Embroidery and Monograms requires full payment before custom design work is to begin.

A 50% down payment is expected when ordering garments for your order. Balance to be paid upon delivery (C.O.D.)

Custom Embroidery and Monograms will not be responsible for sizing conflicts. You must know what your size is when you order.

Once the order is placed and your deposit has been made you forfeit your down payment if you cancel your order.

I use UPS and FedEx for shipping. Actual shipping charges apply.
